Today I make choices that will lead me to a picture-perfect Thanksgiving…I choose a beach sunrise over beauty sleep…a salty sea breeze alongside a sweet mocha latte…an ocean view in place of online shopping…faith (that the turkey won’t burn) over fear (a visit from the fire department) …I will take action to reach my goal of an edible feast…

Today I choose time with loved ones over lingering alongside life’s troubles…a post-dinner Boardwalk stroll over breaking my Black Friday shopping record…

I love the present moment and the people (and pumpkin pie) I share it with, knowing I’m creating the most thankful seaside life…
