Self-Care Step One: Watch more Sunrises… 🌅

Before the hustle and bustle that is the holiday season, why not indulge in a bit of always-needed self-care, seaside style, of course! The best self-care routines start in the morning (hello, morning people!) when the sunrise over the ocean (6:40ish these days) is sure to lift even the weariest of souls. With an uplifted soul, we’re ready to start our fall day! Caffeine may be needed (for some) to continue on this Journey of Me, Myself & I (best when shared, ironically, with fellow self-care enthusiasts). Luckily, fall is the best time to indulge in a cozy, caffeinated beverage (is it all about the PSL?…that’s pumpkin spice latte for the decaffeinated among us) …
Now we’ve got to walk off that jolt to the central nervous system, happily motivated by the prettiest view. Since this is the season of bounty, beautiful colors, cozy blankets and bonfires, self-care’s sure to be a breeze! Open the windows (even if it’s just a crack), let the salty, sea air into your spirit, light those pumpkin-scented candles, make your favorite fall-inspired soups and take a moment to be grateful for it all (the ultimate feel-good sensation).
