Wanting more of this! (Wildwood, NJ October 2025)

Yes, I know we have  A LOT TO DO! We’re busy people! Who’s got time for apple picking when we’ve got appointments to keep? Perhaps, before the hurried holidays creep up on us, we can take a (sea)break and think about all we’d LIKE TO DO this blink-and-you-miss-it season. Yes, there’s housework but what about hayrides? Wouldn’t we rather do that? Sure, drinking water is important (hydration for the win!) but it’s PSL season! Don’t we want to indulge in that, too?

What’s on your Fabulous Fall Want List?

I want to get happily lost in a corn field, eventually and inevitably found at the homemade ice cream stand, where I’m sure to discover salted caramel (and yes, pumpkin spice) isn’t just for coffee. I want to jump into a pile of pretty leaves and feel like a kid again (ibuprofen and icy hot nearby).

I want to take a fall foliage drive, knowing that coastal view will only be magnified by shades of orange, green and gold. During that colorful road trip, I want to visit a pumpkin patch, stopover at an apple orchard (it’s Pie Season, people!!) and fill my autumn-loving soul with all of those sights and scents.

I want to be an all-knowing superhero for Halloween, discovering that true power resides in the sun, sea and sky.

Most importantly, I want to live in the moment, roast chestnuts (and smores!) at a beach bonfire and realize what matters most 🧑‍🤝‍🧑🧡🤗
