Season-to–Season Seaside Scenery

Wandering through all the seaside seasons! (Wildwood, NJ)

With three weeks to go until Spring 2026 begins (not that I’m counting😊), I plan on making the most of our almost-over winter days. No, I won’t be running a solitary beach marathon (although if the seaside spirit leads ya, follow!) Nah, I’m all about gently easing from one season into the next, no endurance contest required. Haven’t we endured enough? 🥶🌨️

I’d rather wander lazily through these pretty but still pretty-cold days, enjoy late sunrises and early sunsets (soon to end, hello, daylight savings time!), which offer more moments for snoozing by a fire and getting lost in a good book (beach reads can still be enjoyed fireside.) Remember, that coastal scenery is still picturesque from inside the window!

During these waning winter days, let’s occasionally get outside, greet each chilly day with an optimistic attitude (caffeine recommended, sugary treat required) and practice positivity (as in, I’m positive I need the aforementioned sustenance to end the chilliest time of year).
