Seaside-Inspired Letters to Santa

It’s all fun and games until Santa checks the naughty list…:)

Is it really better to give than to receive? The Season of Giving is upon us (however, not everyone got the memo…)

Dear Santa,

How are you? Do you like living at the North Pole? I, myself, am a happy homebody. I don’t require much these days, just a big-screen TV (to watch all of your Santa-related shows year round), and, if it’s not too much trouble, the latest iPhone (to connect with my other homies and discuss our mutual affection for you😊). Hugs to you and the Mrs.!

Love, Deb from Diamond Beach

Dearest Santa,

Hope the holidays are finding you overstuffed with cookies and hot chocolate. You don’t need to bring me anything this year…unless it’s in your big heart to do so. I know how happy giving to others makes you and I wouldn’t want to deprive you of the joy of giving! Like you, I am a Giver. I certainly don’t need any fancy gadgets or trips. I’m happiest by the sea, where I plan to devote my time to finding lost items on the beach (and donating them to charity, of course). My philanthropic work, naturally, will require sweet beachfront property, which I will share with the less fortunate, i.e. my high-maintenance relatives, during the holidays.

Yours truly, Wanda from West Wildwood

Hi Santa,

I’m nine years old and plenty old enuff to know How Things Werk. My mom and dad are good at the whole buying me stuff thingy, so you don’t have to worry. I’m not writing you for myself. My parents thought it would be nice if I asked you for a gift for someone else so would you pleeease send my teacher, Mrs. Harris, that’s spelled H-A-R-R-I-S so you dont mix her up with any 1 elses teacher on a trip around the world? I know she wood love it and her students wood love for her to go far away!

Thanks, Noreen in North Wildwood (by the way, Mrs. Harris is also my neighbor☹)
