August’s Seaside Attitude

A Sunrise State of Mind…

A positively perfect start to a summer day in Wildwood, NJ 2022

In psychological terms, attitude is defined as a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something.

It’s a well-known fact (at least among seasiders) that the best place to adjust one’s way of thinking is along the coast, where salt air stirs the soul and heals both body and mind.

Do you find yourself in need of an attitude adjustment during these dwindling summer days? Totally bummed that it’s gone by too fast, with too little accomplished? Are you in need of an “attitude of gratitude,” sure to guarantee you the ultimate life experience? You’ve come to the right place! Seaside, it’s easy to decompress, to disconnect from work commitments (and crazy co-workers), and to be present in the moment (harder than it sounds!), with the term “meeting” simply referring to those all-important beach gatherings. Here is the best place to adapt that outlook on life, making memories as opposed to media posts. Among the sand and the stars, you are cordially invited to disconnect from social media and actually connect in person (imagine the possibilities, people!)

Let’s not be sad that summer is almost over! Let’s be glad for all that summer gave us (eliminating the humidity, which does nothing for anyone!) The here and now is always where we’re meant to be, trusting the future (i.e., stormy winter) will take care of itself in its own time. Let’s be positive that each ending will bring a sweet new beginning. Let’s enjoy those big moments (Mastering Beach Yoga: check✅) and the little moments in between (getting to the beach in time for the sunrise and the aforementioned Beach Yoga✅✅), all creating a happy mindset, no matter the season…

Wishing you peace and positivity during these end-of-summer days and all of the days to come…
